How does a guy find a friend or fishing buddy from cobden Pembroke renfrew area?

Looking for friends who have time to fish during the days and evenings and dont mind sharing stories from the old days and have a truck or care that can launch a 17' bass boat great for fishing.As I do not have a lincence do to a stroke.
